Hawk Walk

This experience is the perfect introduction for adults and children to experience the ancient sport of falconry. On arrival you will be introduced to the hawk you will be flying. After your introduction you will be taught a few essential skills you need to handle the birds safely. Then you will take a walk into the 20 acre nature trail at Cooling’s Green & pleasant whilst the Hawk “follows on” gracefully through the trees and then flying to your gloved fist when you offer up a tidbit of food. This is a wonderful chance to experience the unique bond and trust between man and Hawk and get a taste for the sport of kings.

Duration: 30 minutes
Maximum 6 people in one booking.
Minimum age 8 (Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult)

Terms and Conditions:

Willows reserve the right to cancel the experience last minute due to weather, animal welfare or staff shortages.
Willows can not be held responsible for other costs affected by such changes (including travel and accommodation etc).
Where open dated vouchers are issued, these will be valid for 12 months from the date of payment for the voucher. It is the participants responsibility to ensure that the voucher is booked and used within this time frame and no refunds or bookings will be given/accepted if that final date is missed.
